At Metal Head, Inc. customer satisfaction is our number one priority. In order for us to complete your job to your satisfaction it is important that we have all pertinent information from you before we begin.

Please schedule an appointment during the planning process of your project. It is never too early to start thinking about your ironwork. Many times there are things that we may need to do ahead of time that will make the finished product even better. For couples, we request that both of you attend the initial meeting together so everyone is on the same page.

Please have the following information prepared before scheduling your appointment:

• Contact information (name, phone numbers, mailing and site addresses, builder info)
• What you are interested in doing (railings, balcony’s, gates)
• How did you find us?

At the appointment please have as much additional information for us. Some examples of things that we will need are:

• Plans or Blueprints (we require our own set to be kept at our shop)
• Rough measurements (precise measurements will be taken when job is started)
• Budget
• Pictures of site if possible
• Design preferences from any media
• Rough sketches & ideas

After the initial meeting we will create an estimate based on the information you have provided. After you review and approve the estimate it must be signed and returned to us. We will then complete CAD drawings for final approval. A deposit will be requested at this time.

Please note that all drawings and samples are property of Metal Head, Inc. and are copyrighted. These are available for purchase. Once your job is near completion, we will contact you to schedule the installation. After installation and we have insured you are completely satisfied, we will invoice you for the remaining balance.

Lead times will vary based on the depth and extent of your project as well as additional jobs that were scheduled before yours.
